<center>CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BOYS!</center><br> On 30th June 2018, a Mathematics international competition was held in Dar es Salam Tanzania in which students from different schools participated. <b>Amir M Lutajengwa</b> who took the first position and <b>Hamad R Kassim</b> who stood third in the competition were the gems of our Wali ul Asr Boys Seminary. <br><br> The objective was to select the top three students, who would participate at the finals on an international stage. These competitions are an annual event organized by the International Scientific League of PAYA. The objectives of these competitions are among others, to motivate students to improve their knowledge and higher-order thinking skills in Mathematics as well as motivate teachers to improve their knowledge and teaching abilities in Mathematics. The finals are scheduled for August 2018. We wish our students and teachers the best of luck and success! <br><br>Both will now participate in the competition in its final stage. We are proud of these students. Waliul Asr Education Centre have been to nurture this children with the hard work of our teachers. We thank all our Supporters!!

Shija Manmilisho and Cypron Kanioga were working for many Years at Kibaha Farm Department. With the old age and inability to continue the work they had to be released after paying all their dues. But considering their old age and the service given to WIPAHS for many years, Shija Manmilisho was given a sewing machine and Cypron Kanioga was given a tricycle in order to support their family and continue living their life respectfully with out depending on others which made them overjoyed and thankful.

World Malaria Day & International English Language Day were commemorated at WEC on 24th April at zainabiyya hall. The guest speaker was Mrs Shufaa Bashary who was the representative of chairwoman UWT - coast regional.<br /><br /> Students from form Four and Three presented a poem and speeches about malaria and college students presented a poem and speech about English language.<br /><br /> The reason for commemorating this event was to raise awareness to the young generation about malaria, its effects as well as precaution and also to support the efforts of the government and other agencies in the campaign against Malaria. <br /><br /> As <b>W</b>ali ul Asr <b>E</b>ducation <b>C</b>entre, Wipahs also wanted to join the whole world in the movement against this disease by sending awareness messages to the coming generation.
