World Islamic Propagation and Humanitarian Services is an independent non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with Administrator General of Trustees, Government of Tanzania, as a religious and charitable humanitarian trust. It is led by a board of trustees and an elected chairman.

WIPAHS promotes rural development  through education and self sustainable projects that are used to promote the well being  of the community regardless of sex, race or religion.

Social Services, Welfare of the oppressed

Many a times, it is easier to do tabligh and preach the right, it is difficult to pass the message when the receivers of the message are inflicted with poverty or have a road with potholes of social and financial difficulties.
In order to meet with them demand and try and serve humanity WIPAHS looks into ways of supporting the social and financial situations of various individuals and communities. The projects also include:

- Food distribution with lectures are carried out in Dar es Salaam, suburbs of Dar es Salaam and other regions of Tanzania during the Holy month of Ramadhan.

- Programs are arranged throughout the month, including daily iftar programs for school, college and university students. At the end of the month Eid gifts are distributed to the orphans and underprivileged for them to enjoy a decent Eid.
